About
Sella Yaso is the pen name of Sellathurai Yasodaran.
I am a software engineer by trade, and for over ten years I have practised Raja Yoga as taught by the Brahma Kumaris. I am not a teacher of it, and nothing here is an official publication of theirs. What I write is my own interpretation, tested in an ordinary working life with deadlines, a family, and a phone that will not stop.
What I write about
Attention, mostly: why it scatters, what that costs, and how it gathers again. Some of it arrives as essays, some as poems. Some of it borrows the language of physics, because entropy, gravity and mass describe inner states more precisely than everyday words do. That is a way of speaking, not a claim about how the mind is built.
The book
The Inward Singularity is a book for people who feel scattered, overwhelmed or burnt out. It is free to read online, in a plain-language edition and a deeper one.
Elsewhere
The book, all eleven chapters and a weekly essay, lives at inwardsingularity.com.
