Attention, stillness, and how to stay whole
I write about what happens to a person's attention in a noisy world, and what can be done about it.
By trade I build software systems. For more than ten years I have also practised Raja Yoga as taught by the Brahma Kumaris. This site is where those two habits meet: the engineer's wish to understand how something works, and the practitioner's interest in what actually changes when you sit still.
My first book, The Inward Singularity, came out of that. It is free to read. This site is for everything around it: essays, poems, and the explorations that do not belong in a book.
